If you are my customer, news subscriber or website visitor, you entrust me with your personal information. I am responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the privacy policy, principles and rights you have in relation to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

WHO IS the MANAGER?

I am Lucie Břečková, IČO 88732363 and run the handsontrips.com website. I process your personal data as a controller, ie I determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, and I select any other processors to assist me with the processing.

I declare that, as the controller of your personal data, I comply with all legal obligations required by applicable law, in particular the Data Protection Act and GDPR, and that:

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

I process personal data that you entrust to me for the following reasons:

● service delivery, contract performance
Your personal data in the range: e-mail, I absolutely need to perform the contract (sending you selected documents, information, etc.)

● bookkeeping
If you are a customer, we urgently need your personal information (billing information) to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.

● marketing – sending newsletters
I use your personal information (e-mail and name), gender, what you click on in the e-mail and when you open it most often for the purpose of direct marketing – sending commercial messages. If you are my customer, I do so out of legitimate interest because I reasonably assume that you are interested in my news until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

If you are not my customer, I will send you newsletters only with your consent, also until you unsubscribe from the newsletter yourself. In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the opt-out link in each email you send.

● Advanced consent marketing
Only with your consent, I can also send you inspirational third-party offers or use your email address, for example, to remarket and target your ad on Facebook, even as long as you do not unsubscribe from this subscription. This can of course be revoked at any time via our contact details.

● Photo documentation
We retain your personal information for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period of retention or we have specified otherwise in specific cases.

As I browse my website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and from which page you’re coming from. We consider using cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites as a legitimate concern for the administrator, as we believe we can offer you even better services.

Ad targeting cookies will only be processed with your consent. Our / my website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal information. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.

SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We protect personal data to the maximum possible extent by means of modern technologies that correspond to the level of technological development. I protect them as if they were my own. I have taken and maintained all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, damage or destruction of your personal

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

My employees and coworkers have access to your personal information.

I use the services and applications of processors who can protect data even better than I do and specialize in processing to provide specific processing operations that I cannot handle on my own.

They are providers of the following platforms: Wordpress, MailerLite, Facebook, Google

In the future, I may decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. However, I promise you that in such a case, when choosing, I will place at least the same security and quality requirements on the processor as on myself.

TRANSMISSION OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection at the discretion of the European Commission.

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

You have the right to information that is already fulfilled by this Privacy Policy Information Page.

With the right of access, you can invite me at any time and I will show you within 30 days what personal data I process and why.

If anything changes or you find your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to add and change your personal information.

You may exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe I am processing your inaccurate data, believe you are processing it illegally, but do not want to delete all data, or if you object to processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, by unsubscribing from a newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending business messages.)

Right of portability – If you would like to take your personal information and transfer it to someone else, I will proceed in the same way as using the right of access – with the only difference that I will send you the information in machine-readable form. I need at least 30 days here.

Right of erasure (be forgotten) – Your next right is the right of erasure (be forgotten). I do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right. In this case, I will delete all your personal data from my system as well as from all subprocessors and advances. I need 30 days to secure the right of erasure.

In some cases, I am bound by a legal obligation and, for example, I have to keep my tax documents issued for a period set by law. In this case, I will delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. I will email you when the deletion is complete.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection – If you feel that I do not lawfully handle your information, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. I will be very glad if you first inform me of this suspicion so that I can do something about it and correct any mistakes.

Unsubscribe from newsletters and business messages – Emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are my customer based on my legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, I only send them to you with your consent. In either case, you can stop subscribing to my emails by pressing the unsubscribe link in each email you send.

Secrecy

I would like to assure you that our employees and associates, who will process your personal data, are obliged to keep confidential personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the end of the contractual relations with us. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.
